Terms of Service — Cindex

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cindex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Cindex provides automated UX, CRO, SEO, and messaging audits for websites. Results are generated using a combination of programmatic checks and AI analysis and should be treated as recommendations, not guarantees.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may only scan websites you own or have permission to audit. Automated bulk scanning or abuse of the service will result in account termination.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period before your account is downgraded to the free tier.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly limits for audit sessions. Usage is counted upon successful completion of a scan. Unused limits do not roll over between billing cycles.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. Cindex retains ownership of the audit engine, AI analysis, and all platform technology. Reports generated by Cindex may be shared or exported at your discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cindex is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of audit results or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
